Where your order ships from. Your order is prepared and shipped from our partner warehouse in the United States.

Shipping cost. Calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order, and shown in US dollars before you complete your purchase.
Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States, currently our only market.
Return window. You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached and, whenever possible, in their original packaging. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
How to start a return. Email us at dressibizashop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and walk you through the next steps.
Return shipping. If an item arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
Wrong or damaged item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it at no extra cost.
