These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IbizaDress online store and any purchase you make from us. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We do our best to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustration, and the colour you see may vary depending on your screen. Sizes are given as measurements on each product page — please check them before ordering, as fit varies between styles. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We make every effort to keep prices accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
