Where we ship. IbizaDress currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We are not accepting orders with shipping addresses outside the US at this time.

Where orders ship from. Orders are prepared and dispatched from our partner warehouse in the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time. Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination. Total delivery time is therefore approximately 6–13 business days from the moment you place your order.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order, and is displayed in US dollars before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery addresses. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Delays. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events and peak periods may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.

Lost or missing packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
