IbizaDress currently ships to the United States only. We are not accepting orders with shipping addresses outside the US at this time.

   Orders are prepared and shipped from our partner warehouses located in the United States, allowing for efficient delivery within the country.
2. Delivery times

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

1. Shipping costs
   
   Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, and shown in US dollars (USD) before you complete your purchase.
2. Order tracking
   
   Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

At IbizaDress, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States, currently our only available market.

1. Return window
   
   You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
2. Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.
• Custom items, final sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

1. How to start a return
   
   Email us at dressibizashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and walk you through next steps.
2. Return shipping costs
   
   If an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
3. Refunds
   
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
4. Wrong or damaged items
   
   If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it at no extra cost.
